Everyone needs a reflecting friend, don't you agree! Here below you'll find the free crochet patterns for the crocheted bunny reflector and the crocheted bear reflector. How adorable?! Bee kind and lets lit up the world (and the traffic) a little.

MATERIAL
- Cotton yarn (50g=160m) in the colours, black, brown, yellow, grey and pink.
- Reflecting thread
OR REFLECTING YARN!
- Crochet hook size D/3 (3 mm) or a hook that matches the yarn you will use.
- Cotton or polyester filling
- Needle
- Scissors
ABBREVATIONS
r - row
st - stitch
ch - chain
sc - single crochet
sl st - slip stitch
dc - double crochet
inc - increase
dec - decrease
[…]x… - repeat instructions in the brackets x times
(…) - the number of stitches in the end of the round.

HEAD [Bunny and Bear]
- The head is crocheted in spiral with reflecting thread and grey or brown yarn.
r 1: 2 ch, 6 sc in the second chain from the hook. (6) = magic circle
r 2: [inc]x6. (12)
r 3: [1 sc, inc]x6. (18)
r 4: [2 sc, inc]x6. (24)
r 5: [3 sc, inc]x6. (30)
r 6-8: [30 sc]x6. (30)
r 9: [3 sc, dec]x6. (24)

- Make a lacing loop by twining the yarn and attach the ends with a big knot. Pull the lacing through the head so that the knot stays inside of the head and the lacing is on the outside.
- Stuff the head with stuffing.

- Cut off the thread and fasten the threads.
BUNNY EARS [x2]
- The bunny ears are crocheted with reflecting thread and grey yarn.
r 1: 8 ch. Turn.
- Crochet the following around the chain. The first sc is crocheted in the second ch from the hook.
r 2: 6 sc, [4 sc] in the end ch, turn, 6 sc. (16)
- Cut off the thread, but save approximately 8 in (20 cm) so that you have something to attach the ears to the head with. Fasten the other thread.
BEAR EARS [x2]
- The bear ears are crocheted with reflecting thread and brown yarn.
r 1: 2 ch, 4 sc in the second chain from the hook. (4) ch, turn.
r 2: [inc]x4. (8)
- Cut off the thread, but save approximately 8 in (20 cm) so that you have something to attach the ears to the head with. Fasten the other thread.

BOW
r 1: 3ch, (3dc, 3ch, sl st, 3ch, 3dc, 3ch, sl st) in the 3rd chain from the hook.
- Wind a little bit of yarn around the middle part of the bow.
- Cut off the thread, but save approximately 8 in (20 cm) so that you have something to attach the bow to the head with. Fasten the other threads.
ATTACHING THE PARTS
- Sew the ears onto the head.
